Whether you need a doula for pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum, I’m here to offer my unwavering support. My approach is always non-judgmental, and I will stand by you regardless of how or where you choose to birth your baby. My primary goal is to help ensure that you have the best birth experience possible.
I cannot empower you—Only you hold that power. But together, we can work to create the best possible birth experience. Remember, birth is unpredictable, and babies often decide how they want to be born. However, when you and your birth partner are well-prepared and know what to expect, you’ll be more likely to embrace the experience with serenity and kindness, welcoming your new baby with peace of mind.

I studied for two years at the Doula Academy, founded by Vicki Hobbs of Back to Basics Birthing. Vicki is a doula, hypnobirthing educator, childbirth educator, massage therapist, aromatherapist, and reiki practitioner - needless to say, she has taught me a lot!
I also trained in breastfeeding support with Amberley Harris of Maternal Instincts. Amberley is a registered midwife based in Australia, specialising in supporting women and teaching them how to breastfeed. She founded the 6-6-2 movement, which emphasises that women who successfully breastfeed for the first 6 weeks are more likely to continue breastfeeding for 6 months and are even more likely to breastfeed for 2 years.
I am currently undertaking training with Carla Sargent of Healing Birth to provide birth trauma support in the coming months.
